Only purchases from authorized Monster dealers include the full Monster headphone warranty. And many unauthorized dealers sell fake Monster headphones! These counterfeit headphones do not meet the Monster quality standards. They break easily and sound and feel inferior to genuine Monster headphones. In addition, if you buy a genuine Monster headphone from an unauthorized dealer you are not covered by our warranty.
There has been a lot of discussion in the news and online regarding two bills that are being considered by Congress: The Protect IP ACT (PIPA) and the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA). It has been reported incorrectly by several publications that Monster supports these bills.
Monster is not taking a position in support of, or against PIPA or SOPA, as the bills are currently drafted.

Beware of fake sites trying to fool you as well. All sites containing "Beats" or "Monster" other than www.monsterproducts.com and www.BeatsbyDre.com are unauthorized and likely sell fake products. Do not buy any Monster products on the Internet unless you're buying from an Authorized Monster Internet Dealer. Don't be fooled. Many Internet sellers will say they are authorized Monster dealers, but they are not.
